Headrest straps a little problematic

Overall quite satisfied with this seat cover. The one problem I have with it is the fastening straps for the headrest. Because they're vertically aligned rather than horizontally, they would just fly off and become disengaged every time the headrest on my C-Class Mercedes was raised. I had to jerry-rig the straps to get them to stay fastened (see photo). Hence rating of 4 stars along with a suggestion for more flexible/adjustable headrest straps.
It’s ok. You still need a seat cover underneath. This does not give complete coverage from spills. It does give seating comfort.

No instructions. I guess customer is just supppsed to figure it out. Does it cost that much to add instructions? I just received. Not sure how sturdy.
