Ok, when I first got this, I was shocked come compact it was, but after opening it up I noticed how much room it had. Lots of Lots of room way more storage space then I need. Straps are good quality and nylon portion of the bad it actually very thin, but it seems good quality. Although too early for me to give you real weather condition reports and durability. overall super good quality for the price.
Lightweight & Functional Travel Backpack

I actually love this backpack, but let's get one thing out of the way, this isn't a super durable travel backpack. If you expect the quality of a $100-$200 backpack, then you will be disappointed. This is a value purchase for me. I got it for our trip to Japan. We were on the go, and needed something that could carry all my travel essentials and not feel like I'm lugging giant rocks on my back. It's got plenty of straps and hooks that you can use to attach your towels, jacket, water bottle, sleeping bag etc. it can fit your shoes, boots, slippers at the bottom compartment of the bag and it's got small pouches on either side of the waist strap that you can fill w/ items you need immediately on hand. It has chest and waist straps to balance the weight out. The color is bright and distinct and it fits the overhead bins in planes as well as standard luggage storage in subway trains, buses, and hostels. So as my header says, it's functional and lightweight. For what you're paying, you'll get a few good uses of this bag. The material didn't tear for me despite filling it to capacity. Even if the strap lock broke, it still snaps and holds the top cover of the bag. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and I would recommend this to anyone who will be traveling or backpacking.
Poor quality. Already broken upon arrival.

Very poor quality backpacks. Zippers were broken upon delivery. Tried fixing them, but eventually gave up. Would not recommend this product.

Took this backpack on a day trip just to check it out...3 zippers had broken upon the trip and the item looks really cheap. The snaps are all very plastic and I guess you get what you pay for. Very bummed. It fell apart so quickly. Not a fan. Did not put any hard use on it or over pack whatsoever.

So far so good, I just received it and plan on taking it to Mexico as a carry on for all my camera and video recording equipment. I chose this based on reviews of other people and because it meets the measurement requirements as a carry on for Alaska Airlines. The zippers seem a touch flimsy but we'll see what it is like in the field. It is not a metal internal frame more of a stiff plastic. The pockets are located in the ideal spots and the space is perfect. I have one tripod on the side that fits great, a Canon camera bag inside, three other little bags for video equipment, a microphone and three other small stands. There is additional room for a change of clothes. I am 6'3 and 250 lbs and it fits perfect.
