i've tried many GF flours, and kept hearing about cup4cup... but it was so expensive i decided to try others first. after trying to adjust so many recipes for my other GF flours without consistent successes, i finally tried Cup4Cup. it's EXCELLENT! i didn't need to adjust my recipe for this one... and the baked goods so far have been terrific. i'm sold!

I bought this in order to make gluten free cookies for a relative for Christmas. This is the best one I've found for that purpose. The cookies came out nice and tender and only slightly more fragile than ones made with regular flour. The cookies tasted like the original recipe instead of having the "bean flour flavor" that some of the other gluten free all purpose flours have. I definitely will continue to use this for my holiday baking for her.

This flour blend is basically witchcraft and I love it. I worked with kids who were gluten intolerant, and for three years, I tried everything to bake special treats with them. Everything was dry or crumbly or greasy or gritty.
Somehow, this sidesteps all of those problems?? And I don't have to go out and get half a dozen strange ingredients I'll never use again (looking at you, psyllium husks).

Gluten free cooking can become quite tedious when it comes to bread or pastry recipes. Most gf flour recipes that you make yourself seem to have a dozen ingredients, some not easily found. I am happy to report that Cup 4 Cup flour is perfect, nothing needs to be added to the flour mix and it works beautifully. Beautifully! It is pricey, as are most gluten free grocery items. However, the results are worth it.
