If your oven kind of heats up to around 120 F like ours was I suggest just buying the element that fits your oven. Its a high possibility the element shorted/ burnt out.
Just watch a 5 minute video, get a screw driver, 10 minutes later you have a new element.
Cheaper to spend $40, curse for a few minutes and see if that was it than spend $150 on a service call out, the technician charge you $100+ for the element then another $150 for an hour of install fee.
