Purchased for Cats. I utilize center moist hard food. The lower hole is not large enough and the food gets stuck. Good thing the cats let me know I need to shake to help the food flood feeding area. This was my 2nd brand with this same problem, I ended up building L shaped feeder from PVC and seems to solve the problem. I did not try the water unit but looks well made. I did like the removable top but I think that is standard with most models.

Love them...nice and big so they are easy to clean. Water nozzle design is excellent, water ink comes out if you press it down correctly. I used to spill water all the time with my old one but this one is good...no more spilling.

These dispensers are mediocre, but they get the job done. My cats were confused by the design of the food-feeder. The kibble would get stuck in the opening and they weren't sure how to make the kibble come out. It has to be messed with a bit for gravity to actually get the food out of the opening.

the stickers on both the dispensers do not come off easily, so I turned them to face the back of the feeders.
Overall it is an okay product, but I will definitely be investing in a better quality feeder.

Prior to ordering this, I had traditional feeding bowls for my dog. He'd always run out of food and water. I wanted something that would help his food and water last. I came across this and just absolutely love it! This comes as a set of two - one for food and water. If I fill it up, they last my dog a few days especially on the food. Amazing buy for my pet.

The items that were described in this order is not what arrived in the box. The items were loose and not wrapped with anything. The food tray had animal food residue in the bottom! This item was used. The spring loaded cap that prevents water from leaking out was not in the box.
***Update: After receiving my complaint I was contacted by a very dedicated customer service lady named Nancy who via email came to a satisfactory solution. She sent me a new water bottle and dish which works great!
