Product: For the price this can't be beat. When I used it to move a couple of trailers, The receiver (along with my regular hitch bar) was long enough to provide plenty of clearance between the bucket and the trailer tongue, even in tight turns. It installed easily. It is a heavily-built, strong piece of equipment. It is exactly what I was hoping for.
I prefer this setup to the ones that connect to the 3 pt hitch because those cost twice as much and I find it harder to maneuver the tractor with them than when the hitch is in front of me.
Customer Service: The Receiver initially arrived with a bit of a problem "“ the clamp would not quite screw all the way through to the bucket due to a misalignment of the holes. This was caused by minor angle in the nut welded to the inside of the receiver. This was not a design error (it's very well-designed) - it looked to me more like a fluke in the weld that slightly changed the angle of the bolt. In any event, the package included a card from Egobike asking for a contact if things were not perfect. So I contacted them. They were willing to either handle the return or significantly adjust the price for the time it would take me to fix it "“ something I requested since I wanted to use it the next day. We quickly agreed on the price adjustment and I fixed the problem myself. I appreciated both the card and the quick resolution.
Egobike stood behind it, it works well, and it has the lowest price I could find anywhere. I recommend it.

If you are pulling back over rough terrain you may need to re-adjust. When checking the carge of a battery it is especially important you not use 2 leads and your tongue...youll talk with a lisp for a while...

The hole in the round foot is .465" and the diameter of the bolt head is .485". Get your 1/2" drill bit out and bore it out.

Hitch is extremely well made. Very heavy and sturdy. The drawback is that it can shift a bit when towing something heavy and making a turn. It does'nt cause any worry though as it will not slide off or anything. Very much worth the money.
