I just received this today and my lab/pit mix is in love with it! Super durable and very entertaining! When I picked up the amazon box from my front step I jumped a bit...because it made the "play" sound when I moved it. At first, I thought the sound was going to be annoying...but it is not! It is perfect and keeps my dog entertained and is very interactive. I put about 4 or 5 small dog treats in there and they keep her busy for about 30 minutes...and she continues to play with it even after the treats have rolled out. Super pleased and will probably order another one as back up!

Pup love this. I will start by saying that my puppy was petrified when I first got this The noise sent her running under the sofa and anywhere else she could squeeze her little body. She would see it and stop dead in her tracks then walk as far away from this ball as possible. Mind you it had treats and still she wasn't persuaded. Fast forward to her having exposure to it and adapting to the noise-she has no problems batting this around with her paws to get her food out. She inhales her food and I find this slows her down so I give her kibble food using this. I like the size and I don't put the full capacity in it. She's only 4lbs now so she doesn't require an entire ball of food. She used to get frustrated and bark at it but now she stays persistent in getting all that's in it out. I like that there is a bar type design to the inside so the kibbles don't all fall out with 1 swat of the paw. Now when she hears the noise she anxiously heads to the ball. It's fun to see how she is so intense in her approach to this ball. She is normally like my tail going everywhere I go but while she is focused on this, I have a little time without my Bella (that's her name) shadow.

This is a great dog toy. It took our puppy several days to figure out that the treats were coming out of this toy. But now that he knows - loves this.

This item is advertised as "INDESTRUCTIBLE MATERIAL - Its non-toxic, safe material is also super durable for your dog's active fun". However, my lab was able to chew a giant hole in the plastic within 15 minutes of the first use, and he is just a puppy. The plastic it is made from is very thin. The concept is great, but this toy should only be used by gentle chewers. I will be looking for another toy of this style that is more durable and made of stronger material.
