I am 5'5 and 165 pounds and I'm a size 34 B it fit me fine, my chest was able to go right between the "bra area" and it hooked around me just right , I had Amazon Prime so it shipped in 2 days so I don't know how long it would take to ship with normal shipping to be honest.
