Very disappointed. The mesh tears easily

Very disappointed. The mesh tears easily. I bought smaller more durable baskets from a competitor and tried these for larger plants (to save money) last spring. I knew they weren't as durable, but I wanted to use them for annuals. Wouldn't buy again.

Very happy with these baskets. Super easy to work with. You just roll them on. Much easier than the chicken wire baskets I've used in the past. We just planted, so we haven't had a chance to see how they stand up to the gophers yet, but using them was a breeze. I bought 5 gallon ones for 2.5/3 gallon plants which worked well and gave us wiggle room. I would definitely buy these again.

Great product that works! I had to dig up/rescue a plant that was being attacked by the voles. I planted a new plant with the vole planting basket and you could see the little critter came back and tried to eat through but couldn't. Finally something that works. You can always make your own with the 1/4 hardware cloth but this saves you lots of scratches and blood. Nasty stuff to work with.

This is probably one of the best products I've bought from Amazon; we lose about half of our plants every year to voles, and this product is the best solution to stop them.
