Works great for my outside tv.

Was not working using the red and white audio cables. Was about to return it and saw my Vizio tv had a headphone jack. Plugged it in the the Bluetooth paired immediately and worked. Try that if you have issues. Paired with my JBL Flip 4 and works great.

Purchased this so that I could make my smart tv work with my Bose surround sound speakers and Onkyo Bluetooth receiver. The install is super easy just like the other reviews say and it does work, but unfortunately there is a lag in the audio. The video of the person speaking on screen doesn't match with the sound... kinda drives me crazy. It ends up looking like a Badly dubbed foreign language film. :-/
Works well

I like that this was easy to use. I needed to hear my tv better. I have Bluetooth ear buds but my tv doesn't have Bluetooth. I hooked this up to the USB port in my tv and was able to connect to my ear buds. Great value!
Works well but there is a slight delay

This was my first attempt at using this kind of Bluetooth TV to headset device. I wanted to be able to watch shows late at night without bothering anyone in the house.
The sound is fine on my Bluetooth headset. There is a slight delay so that the lips are ever so slightly out of synch with the sound, but I have learned to ignore it. It is no longer an issue, but it is there.
The set-up was quick and easy. All the needed cables were included.

This worked great for me. I have a Vizio V series TV and a pair of wireless JLab studio wireless headphones from Walmart.
Set up was very simple and quick. The USB port goes into the USB port in the back of the TV, and a 3.5 mm audio cable goes from the USB port to the RCA red and white audio out port (all wires included).
My Vizio menu did not show the USB attached, so I simply paired my headphone to the USB externally (blinking blue light on the headphone until it turned solid). This happened automatically within a few seconds. I turned off external TV speakers and now can listen to my TV as loud as I want in privacy.
