RemZzzs makes cPap usage tolerable. Buy it!

Would be a 5 but for two "complaints". I purchase the smallest available (that I know about), and have to trim off the top and bottom to keep out of my eyes and lips; the expense, which pushes $1 a day if each Remzzzs is used only once, Using multiple times results in breakout for me. Having said that, using as directed results in a clear complexion, more comfort, negligible leakage. I won't use my cPap without a RemZzzs,
A lot of extra fabric for the S/M Wisp nasal cushion

I tried these because I had previously used RemZzzs for a different face mask, which made a world of difference. I thought I'd try these when I switched to the the Philips Respironics Wisp nasal cushion. Like another user, I have to trim the top and bottom, or the fabric gets into my eyes and completely covers my mouth. I've had a few times when the liner has slipped out of place, making breathing a little more difficult. But it does make wearing the mask more comfortable/tolerable, so I'll continue using.
Update 9/8/2018 - The manufacturer seems to have made some adjustments to these. I've included a picture of samples of a previous order and my last order. The liners no longer cover my eyes and mouth, and I don't have to trim these to adjust them. The nose hole also fits better. Raising my rating to 4 stars.

These liners helped solve my skin irritation.

After wearing my Cpap for years, the area around my nose started to blister and burn. It became very painful and I was unable to wear my Cpap without causing more damage. But I need my machine to breathe when I slept. A viscous circle. I tried these liners. They don't fit exactly because I have a small mask but I fold them over a bit at the top and turn it upside down to fit the shape of my mask and it seems to work. I have very few issues now. I get a good seal. My mask doesn't slide. Skin irritation is seldom.
A must have! They help with comfort, cpap mask lines on the face and seal.

If you have to wear a cpap mask these are a must have. My mask is much more comfortable with them. They help prevent lines on my face and provide a better seal. They also wick up any moisture which helps with the seal. I like them doubled up and just turn them over the next day. As far as price goes they are a total rip of for thin little pieces of cotton but so far I haven't gotten around to making my own. Be sure to check the size and if they are for a full mask or a pillow mask. I have a medium full face mask and they tend to run a little large, not a big problem. Lately they all have a chemical smell no matter who I buy them from. I let them air out two days before using them.
If you breakout around mouth- these a must try

I absolutely love these and have been using these for years. However, my only complaint is they dont stay in place. So they can be a pain.
