I'm a runner, I always was and I always will be! And being a experienced runner I can vouch that these massage balls really make a huge difference in my recovery. I see a huge change since I bought these in my recovery, and that my next run is much better. They help massage muscles so they don't get sore, and loosen up joints so everything just flows much better. If I lost them I would definitely buy them again, they became a staple of my daily routine, and my days are much more enjoyable for it.

I recently bought these primarily for my feet and I've gotten so much more out of it. The spiky ball is really great to step on and roll your feet over and really helps relieve tension there. The other ones I used for my neck and forearms and it really feels good. It comes in a convenient cute bag so that they're not flying all over.

I got this set specifically for the softer spike ball. I have several massage ball sets, but I didn't have one with the softer spikes. I like it for use on my face and the delicate bones in my hands. I use the harder, bigger spike ball for the PF in my feet. These balls are too big to fit easily in my hands, but I do have small hands. Massage balls are really very straightforward and easy to use. It's just a matter of different types of lumps on them. My cat claimed the smooth ball as a toy lol

Takes a few uses to get use to them but after that they are wonderful. I have found them to be especially helpful on my feet after standing on them all day.I like to use them after a good hot bath. They also work great on my neck and lower back. My neck was injured several years ago when I was kicked by a horse. Its always tense and hurrting, but after a few minutes massaging with these, the tension is gone.

I have issues with deep corns and bunions on my feet. I have used other methods for relief and nothing seemed to work as well as these balls. I use them every night before moisturizing my feet. The deep relief I feel after working on my feet all day helps me relax better at night. I simply sit down, watch television, and roll the balls under my feet. I can't say enough about how good my feet feel after using this product.
