I purchased these hoping they were going to be as good as the cherry popper peppers they serve at the salad bar at Chama Gaucho in Chicagoland.
But they're not, they're just ok, I mean they're not bad but I won't be buying them again at this price. I gave two away this past Christmas as gifts and did not receive any big raves on 'em either.
There's something about the liquid they're in, its got a finishing note that's not particularly pleasant......

Doesn't matter what they are, these beauties are fab! Use them on a cheese plate and pair them with a creamy blue cheese like buttermilk blue or Cambozola. Or make the most delicious tortellini salad so easily: Steam tortellini (not boil as it will waterlog them). Add minced shallots and chopped peppadews then dress with one of those honey-mustard salad dressings in a jar you find in the refrigerated section of the produce isle. Simple but AMAZING flavor!

I have been trying peppers since September (even tried making my own) and after almost giving up decided to look on Amazon.. and thought what the heck I might as well try these.... SCORE!!! They were the ones I have been searching for... gotta LOVE Amazon.. will be buying more they are just PERFECT!!! Just the right amount of heat and my husband will eat them on his cheese plates... These are good but I thought they would be spicier and less vinegary. On the other hand, they are great on pizza and shipping was very fast. They were well packaged; i.e., safely wrapped. The container is a lot bigger than I thought, so that's a definite plus. This isn't some half full of product and half liquid purchase. The price is great for the amount of peppers in the jar.
I'm going to try another brand or see if I can find spicier ones.
Either way, they are something I will always keep on hand.
