The product was very well packed with no damage, box was marked with fragile. The panels have a very nice finish and are relatively easy to cut with a shear. It is more difficult to cut out outlets and light switches with a shear, took some practice. The panels were glued with an adhesive (fast grab type) and had to be held or taped (seams) for longer than anticipated for them to remain flat. Best to ensure the walls are as flat as possible. I had bought unfinished (primed) outlet covers and trim pieces and sprayed them with a satin nickel paint, as other options were more expensive. You can also buy trim at Lowes's (j-channel, corner pieces, molding) and sprayed them also. The molding (1/4in) was used to expose as much as the tin as possible instead of a 4in countertop backsplash. Very satisfied with the results and looks awesome with the new butcher block countertop.
