I bought this after having tried the Sinclair Institute Select Verve Vibrating Prostate Massager. I found the Paloqueth model to be superior in the following ways:
1. The rubber texture is much nicer than the plastic on the Sinclair.
2. The shape allows for better stimulation of the prostate.

Some suggested improvements:

1. The Sinclair model has a more standard "intensity" control, that can be set from low to high. But on the Paloqueth, the starting level of the vibration is already pretty strong. I would suggest creating a lower setting for warming up.
2. The remote control has to be quite close to the device in order to work, which can be inconvenient.
3. As far as I can tell, there is no way to make the Paloqueth vibrate without the remote control. It would be nice to have this option.

I am male-bodied and my partner is female-bodied. My partner tried it on themselves recently, and loved it. It's good for penetration of the vagina, hitting the g-spot while stimulating the clit with the base of the unit.

I like it a lot also. It's great to use while masturbating. And today for the first time, I tried inserting it before having intercourse with my partner. I left the vibration off. The claim is its Whisper Quiet, it is Not! Quit loud, regaurdless of vibration patter its set to. The battery life on a full charge is good, roughly 3 hours of enjoyment! But, in no way is this toy quiet! Can easily be heard in a quiet, to moderately quiet room, especially while seated.

A silkish carrying bag, a white usb charger, as well as the mini (1") included wireless remote which uses a CR2032 battery. My battery arrived DEAD, and I easily replaced it with a new one I had purchased. Other than shipping with a dead CR2032 remote battery, this vibrater is hands down Great!

After first experimenting with prostate massage with a small Ultimi vibrator, I decided it was time to get something a bit more advanced. This massager certainly fits the bill; with a width of about an inch and an insertable length of about 3 and a half inches, it's certainly the biggest toy I've used to date. And the motor is very powerful; not long after starting my first session, I had what was probably my biggest, longest p-spot orgasm to date, and several more besides. The 10 frequency settings provide a lot of options, so there's sure to be a pattern to fit whatever mood you're in. Several of the patterns feel like a running stimulation that starts at your perineum and courses up to your prostate, and it just feels fantastic.

The waterproof nature of the toy makes it easy to clean, though I haven't tried actually using it in an aquatic setting yet, and the rechargeable battery is very convenient and saves me the trouble of stocking batteries when almost no other product I own requires them. It takes less than 2 hours to go from a flat battery to a full charge (about 1.5 hours, in my experience), and a charge will last you about an hour at a go, give or take, depending on what settings you're using. Personally, I could do with a longer battery life, but an hour is still respectable. The remote control is useful for partner play, or if you just don't want to be fumbling between your legs to adjust settings, but the remote does need a fairly direct line to the toy to function. It can still work through several layers of cloth, it just needs to be pointed more or less right at the massager to work. Also, while the toy is rechargeable, the remote does take a watch battery (which is included, thankfully), so just bear in mind you will eventually need to replace it.

There are a few downsides. First, while the product description is a hundred percent right about the motors being powerful, it's fudging a bit when it talks about how quiet the toy is. When I turned the toy on to test it out, I was surprised by how much noise it made, even on the lowest setting. Even inserted and muffled by cloth, it's still readily audible to anyone nearby. The ad material says the toy registers at 35 dB. Out of curiosity, I went ahead and checked that using a decibel meter app on my phone. At the lowest setting, inserted and under the covers, the massager registered between 65 and 70 dB. For comparison, my gaming PC, under load with all of its fans running full blast, registers at 50 dB. Now, that's not to say it's as loud as a power tool; it's still quiet enough that you can't hear it in the next room with the door closed, even in a house with thin walls. But if you were to, say, try playing with this in public with a partner operating the remote? People nearby would definitely hear something.

Second, this is the first toy I've used where I've had a problem with it sliding out of me. I do kegel exercises daily as part of my personal health routine, so as a side effect I'm pretty good at retaining toys, but when heavily lubed, this one wants to slide right out during a contraction. I think it's an issue with the base of the insertable portion not being flared enough. Anyway, this isn't enough for me to dock the massager points, but it is something to be aware of, especially if you're of a mind to actually use this during vigorous activity.

Bottom line, this is a very good toy, and the price is great, especially when compared to similar products. Highly recommended if you're looking to step up your prostate massages.

Wow, this item exceeded my expectations! I did a lot of research before deciding to try this as a medical device to stimulate my prostate and increase blood flow and sensitivity to my glans. This is a fantastic product. The intensity of the vibrations is incredible, and the ability to use a remote control to select from a menu of 10 Vibration wave alternatives means that you are certain to find one that will fit your mood at a particular moment. It's almost impossible not to pleasure your "P-spot" to a mind-blowing orgasm. Customer service is especially terrific. I had a problem with a charging cord and Amira sent me an entire new unit even though the warranty period has elapsed. A great product from a great company. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

UPDATE : I spent one hour yesterday morning with this incredible , diabolical device fully inserted . I completely lost track , but I think it's safe to say that I experienced something on the order of 20- 30 completely mind-blowing orgasms . This is a MUST HAVE addition to your arsenal of sex toys .
