I have been looking for an everyday wear necklace for a couple of months now. I don't often wear any jewelry at all, so finding something cute, simple, light, and durable was all on my checklist. For a span of about 5 days, I would search for the keywords "Gold Cross Necklace" and go through what seemed to be many many options. I knew I didn't want to spend a fortune (due to the fact that I rarely wear jewelry, and when I do it doesn't stay on long because it bugs me) but I also didn't want something that looked, or felt cheap! I was a little weary due to a few of the reviews on this specific product, but after these days and days of having it in my cart I decided to just go ahead and order. I'm glad I did! The packaging- as many have said is unfortunately not the best. It came in a cheap little box, and was indeed knotted up. But it wasn't anything a few minutes of patience didn't fix! I thought about knocking A star off for that, but the truth is the actual product has so far done me so well! I've had it for about a week now, and I have not taken it off since! This necklace is so light and dainty that I hardly notice I am wearing it! The chain is very thin, yet not cheap looking or feeling. It is the perfect length, which is also something I was curious about. Compliments your shape perfectly where it lays. Sleeping in this necklace hasn't bothered me even once, and it's held up through all my weird contorted positions I end up in throughout the night (LOL). I work in a nursing home as a CNA, and I wear it there without any trouble of it dangling in the way, or catching on anything, which is great because scrubs aren't flattering and a little necklace makes me feel a little nicer. The biggest question I had was would it turn my skin green, or hold up in water/ showering? The answer I'm proud to say is NO it hasn't turned any color and YES it holds up to it's true potential in the shower! I truly truly believe in this affordable little cross necklace and I hope anyone who is looking into buying this just takes that leap because I haven't been sorry! I am so so picky about what's on or touching me, In fact I never write reviews but I wanted to be helpful to those looking into this necklace. To be completely honest, because the chain IS dainty and small, it might one day catch on something and break BUT if that happens, I will without a doubt just reorder this exact product! As affordable, cute, and happy this had made me I won't even question it. I hope this was helpful to you!

Received this necklace for Valentine's Day and have worn it continuously ever since. I've only taken it off once in over 6 months, and that was only for a few minutes. Both the necklace and chain have held up well, no discoloration, no chipping, no breakage, chain and clasp seem to be sturdy. This necklace has held up much better than the expensive one (which kept breaking) it replaced. Very happy!

OMG! You better buy this cuz you will not be disappointed! As you can tell by my picture, this necklace is STUNNING! Pictures don't do it justice! If you are a gold jewelry type person like me but too broke to afford solid gold, this gold filled necklace is for you! You can shower and sleep in this beauty! You can layer it! I hope this store has more jewelry because I'm going to but tons! I'm in love with my necklace and I'm never gonna take it off! It would make a awesome gift too!

The cross is a pretty shade of gold but it is very small and dainty. Suitable for a woman who wants a dainty and subtle cross or as a young child's necklace. I don't regret buying for a woman, but given the size I recommend waiting for a deal if possible on the item.

My included photos probably make it look larger than it is due to using macro on the camera. Also included a photo next to a dime for size comparison. The back side photo shows the 1/20 gold filled marking. Overall, nice piece if you can get it at a good price, just be aware of the size for your needs.

Just beautiful and the size it perfect. The chai is a little short and thin for me so I put it on a longer heavier gold chain I had. Great buy for the price
