Typical Nerf fun. The Nerf Mega darts do sting more than their smaller counterparts.
The gun is fun because you can send a steady stream of darts at your victims, but it does misfire often. Once it gets down to a few darts it tends to not fire them. It's accuracy is not the greatest either, but the volume of darts discharged helps to make up for that.

My son loves this gun. So do I. If he didn't cherish it so much I would take it to work and unfairly dominate in the next office Nerf battle. The bullets take a couple of reload cycles to break in; Dont fret if they get stuck at first.

We love this nerf gun. My kids are 5, 6, 7, 8 yrs old and it is very easy for them to use. Mechanically, it's smooth and doesn't jam. You can single fire or double fire. This is the weapon of choice for 3 of our 4 kids. Love this gun. Definitely a must have for the nerf gun war. 5*/5*

Power and accuracy fade the further you get into a salvo. I have a couple other Megas and on the first 4 shots it is the most powerful/accurate and on the last 4 it is the least such. Dimension-wise it's sort of an awkward size, for my kids it's like a bazooka and for me (6'1) i wish it had a stock (or even a modulus butt-adapter thing)

Fun with mega power! I got this for my 5 year old for Christmas. It is very big for him. He is still able to maneuver and use like normal. But, definitely made for 7 years and up in size and length. The bullets come out 2 at a time with full trigger pull or one at a time with half trigger pull. At a distance the bullets fly so fast they whistle. My son loves that part! Great buy!
