Nice and flexible

Worked pretty good. The white polls are super flexible. I was able to go through a 90 degree Bend with little effort.
Very good product. Does what it promises.

This SootEater system is very easy to assemble and use. And, it seemed to do the trick. In about 15 minutes we had the chimney cleaned and all soot cleaned up. And all from the fireplace - no roof necessary.
Best sweep ever!

This is the best chimney sweep ever! It got our chimney cleaner than the brush ever did! The best part was not having to get up on the steep roof. this made a 90 degree bend with zero problem and we were able to clean our 38' chimney from the bottom!!!
REALLY IS FLEXIBLE AND STRONG

CAN'T DO HIGH LADDERS SO IT SAVES ME CHIMNEY SWEEP FEES TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS MYSELF FROM THE STOVE UP....LOTS OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS SHOWING HOW TO....GOOD TOOL....WISH THE BOX HAD BEEN WRAPPED BETTER...IT WAS OPEN WITH ONE ROD POKING OUT WHEN IT ARRIVED....BEYOND THAT, VERY HAPPY WITH THE SET
Not a perfect tool, but good enough for me!

To clean the chimney from "Bottom Up", it's not that easy to clean ALL sides of the chimney due to the angle of the first rod. The first rod is supposed to be attached to a drill on one end & inserted in the chimney on the other end. So, when done, I went to the roof & looked thru the chimney to observe the quality of my work.
Also, I found it difficult to disconnect some of the rods despite making use of the attached hex key.
