I love this spice for sautéing, although I pretty much only use it for fish. The ingredients are not listed here, but they are salt, brown sugar, garlic, white onion, coriander, shallots, ginger, turmeric, paprika, Ancho pepper, galangal, cayenne and lemon grass. A delicious balance between sweet and savory, favoring the complex savory flavors.
