I normally get Med other brands and it's worked fine. But I wanted something little bit loose so I got Large DRSKIN.
Material is great, length is good, but waist is little different. While the waist band is unstreched it's smaller than my Med size tights from different brands(Russell, Nike, under armor, etc). But it can stretch a lot. It still fits fine but would've like it better if it was little bit wider

Would have liked the material a little thicker but they are very comfortable for working out.
