I purchased to carry two slide up banners. It easily holds these plus the additional swag I need for vendor conference displays. While it is a bit bulky when traveling with other luggage, the wheels roll straight and true. Fits in the trunk of a "standard" sized rental. I use small inexpensive carabiners to insure the twist locks don't open in transport plus TSA is able to open without too much difficulty.
A design feature it could use is an additional integrated handle at the bottom opposite the wheels for easier lifting.
I would recommend this to someone who need to transport small display items via air or ground.
