It feels great. And the stick caps snap right on over the old ones. The silicone is soft so it does move a little, otherwise great deal. My kid bit the cover and tore it, so I would say keep away from children, hungry children anyway.

Product fits nice and snug, and adds a nice & soft, non-stick surface for your controller. The thumb grips are also of good quality and also fit perfectly.
It's important to keep in mind that the sleeve adds a layer of thickness to the controller, making it less easy (note, not hard) to press the 'Share' and 'Options' buttons. This however is not big enough of an issue to deduct a star.

Movement of the analog stick is not is not smooth with the glove and analog cover on at the same time, so I ended up removing the analog cover. Glove does feel good in hand.
