Used these for 6yr old birthday party and they were a big hit. I also bought some other beads (YUEAON 300pcs 8mm acrylic round beads) that were great but these were the most popular. I used them with KONMAY 1 Roll 1.0mm 100 Yards Elas. 1mm kind of stretchy string was the best for this activity and girls loved the rainbow colored string.

Box holding jewelry has small, tight compartments, making it difficult to get beads out. It also was hard to keep the beads organized because hey still over into other compartments. Clasps were constantly breaking. Also, my 3 yr old and I are new to beading - we could have used English instructions, or at least better pics of how to make necklaces and bracelets. Headband didn't come with anything to hold the beads on it.

You get what you pay for, the quality is definitely low but the this is most likely meant for younger kids who are just starting a hobby. Its a good value though, and makes a good prize item for birthday parties or donating to toy drives. I wouldn't recommend this as a "main gift" maybe a stocking stuffer or add-on.
