My old coil packs with 100 k miles looked much better than these

Coil Packs received were used products removed from someones vehicle. The rubber on the boots was dry and cracked and showed rust on the internal springs and oxidation on the aluminum surfaces. My old coil packs with 100 k miles looked much better than these. I rechecked the item description to see if I missed something that indicated they are used items and did not find anything that indicated that they were not new. Could someone have purchased new coil packs and returned their old ones that were then shipped to me? Disappointed!
