After being told by my cardiologist to start eating Keto, I right in. There's a definite learning curve. For me to be successful- I know I need to eat tasty foods and not feel like I'm starving. I'm slowly learning healthy substitutions for foods I've always eaten. For the most part, it's not been as hard as I thought, but when it comes to something a little sweet........that has been the problem. I've generally eaten fruit when I wanted something sweet, but that's not in this plan. I can eat one tsp of any of these delicious spreads and it is tasty, delicious and satisfying. It's well within my Keto lifestyle. I got the packets to take along in my purse for a yummy snack, and have jars at the house. I haven't made anything with them yet, but I'm sure they will be equally as delicious when used that way.

I eat low carb and this is a tasty snack since it has low net carbs. My only complaint is that I struggle to get all the product out of the envelope despite kneeding it before opening.

These little packets are amazing. I bought a few flavors, and they are all great. One of the flavors is chocolate peanut butter, but do not expect them to taste like a peanut butter cup candy. That is not to say that they are not good, they are great, especially considering they don't have all of the sugar of the candies, but do not order them thinking you are going to get that exact flavor.
My only complaint is the price. They are not huge packs, but they are about $1.10 a piece. I like the healthier aspect of these, but they are smaller than the candy and about twice as expensive if you buy a box of the cups.
They are a very tasty treat though, and easy to carry around, so I am up in the air about ordering again. Considering I can get a jar of all natural peanut butter for around $5.00 and make 16 servings from it, or just mix an entire jar of flavored peanut butter, it is hard to justify paying $11.00 for 10 tiny packets, or $10.99, which is just a fancy way to say we want you to think you are not paying $11.00.

My second fave flavor they sell (chocolate banana is the best). The flavor is good and I appreciate that it doesn't spike my blood sugar. I would not recommend storing this in the fridge like it says as it becomes rock hard and not spreadable. Just use it up within a week or so, which isn't hard. I didn't have any issues with keeping it on the counter and it turning on me at all. We do have air conditioning in the house so that might be diff if someone's house is hotter.

I love chocolate and peanut butter and I've been on a low carb diet so this exceeded all expectations ! From the time It goes on the spoon and into my mouth as a scoop "for a quick dessert" or spread it onto of my low carb chocolate mug brownie.. it's just the taste of peanut butter you need! I keep it in the fridge and eat it on the run or I melt it in other chocolate infused desserts.
