Now here's a tip if you don't have any symptoms or your flare up isn't that bad then use this by itself to keep them at bay. If you are having really bad flare ups I suggest you use this with some cortisone cream. It stops the itching. I have also used this paste and combined it with vagasil and that also worked. Now keep in mind this is JUST A SUGGESTION and as always consult your physician but if you want some relief quickly these are the combos that I've found works best.

I get outbreaks every month around my period and it very painful. I have been so depressed and too embarrassed to go to the doctor. This work like a charm , trust me . I have suffered with GH for almost 7 years. With the help of an Echinacea Complex and L-lysine (both of which you can get here on Amazon, and I would highly recommend it!)
