I ordered multiple of these candles for Christmas gifts to give to my family, after our Dad passed. They are very beautifully made, and I was very impressed by the quality of the product. Unfortunately, one of the candles arrived with a small chip in the wood. Most likely from shipping. I emailed their customer service department right away, and received a response the same day. A new candle was shipped out to me right away, free of charge, and I received it within a week. Very, very impressed, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great memorial!
