I bought this to use at work, and I couldn't be happier. This sturdy table supports my 24" wide screen monitor and could most likely support two of these monitors easily. The white platform when flat blends almost seamlessly with my white work desk making it seem invisible. It no more than about an inch and a half thick above flush. My coworkers didn't even know it was there until I lifted it. When they saw me using it, a few came over to see for themselves. I had plenty of additional space for the keyboard and mouse. One of the guys who is around 6'2" tried it with no problem, but anyone taller, he said someone would probably need to put something to under the monitors. Lifting the table up and down was not an issue either. It takes a couple tries to get the feel for the side latches, but once you get it, it goes up and down smoothly. I must say, for the price, this is a real value. It's attractive and simple. Couldn't be happier.

This is one of the best investments I've ever made. I work at my laptop many hours per day and have read how important standing is for circulation and health. I installed an app on my phone to remind me to stand. This desk is incredibly well built and solid, but not at all too heavy. The lever is simple to operate and the hydraulic piston makes raising everything on the desk very easy to do. It accommodates my laptop, extra monitor, mouse pad/mouse, my cup of coffee, note pad and many other items (like pen and office supply holders) all in one place. I don't have to move any of them. I stand and work and then gently push the desk back down to it's resting position. I looked quite a bit at the more expensive alternatives but can't imagine them working any better. Also, it worked perfectly right out of the box with no assembly required. If this desk were to break down (which I can't imagine) I would simply order another one the same day. I have recommended this to at least a dozen friends who work from home like I do.

Perfect lift desk for me. I did not want a keyboard tray - the surface is perfectly flat and smooth. Large enough for my laptop, second monitor, mouse and mousepad, pens and pencils and CD/DVD drive, with room to spare. Strong enough to hold all that AND if my cat wants to jump up there too. Raises as tall as I need and could go taller (I'm 6').

As with all the other reviews, the arriving package is heavy, 50lbs, and it takes a little bit of extra effort to pull it up from closed or to lower from full extension (use two hands). These are all to be expected - it's a very nice spring mechanism that will lock at any height (infinite placement). It is ready to rock, straight from the package, no assembly.

This thing is great! I love the fact that it is very sturdy and is a solid flat surface. Plenty of room for my laptop, mouse and my coffee mug :). The desktop had a few nicks and scuffs but, given the dark finish, I was just able to color them over with a sharpie. Hands down a great buy at a great discount compared to the well known brands of desks. Love it!!!

this product works perfect for what I need. almost all the other standing desk have a keyboard try which I did not want since I don't use it and it makes the overall platform much taller. This sits closed is only 2.5 inches from the top of my desk and raises as tall as I need it and could go taller (I'm 5'9").

Although I give it 5 start, there are a couple things to keep in mind with this desk. it takes a little bit of extra effort to pull the top up from being completely closed. It also likes to pull a little harder the last inch or so when lowering it. Always use two hands and have a good grip on the top before you press the handle to lower
