This is beyond any apple vinegar or cider I have ever tasted. It's so good you could probably pour it over ice and call it a cocktail. In fact the bottle looks like it contains a fine brandy. The vender also included a glass pour spout cork that is definitely Italian craftsmanship.
I just received my order and used it on some roasted butternut squash pouring it on after roasting taking a simple side dish to a whole new level of flavor. I'll be using it in salads and look forward to slipping it in numerous other recipes that may not specifically call for vinegar. And of course I'll be sipping it frequently- (cocktails anyone?) I'll also use it to wake up my morning smoothies for my approach to health and because it's just six star good! P.S two bottles wrapped and shipped promptly with the care it deserved.
