Assembles and works great. Amazon shipped only one of two cartons required for this unit, then could not supply the missing carton/part. They refunded money required for the missing part that I had to buy from the manufacturer who was very supportive. Installed on the side of a pontoon boat... works as advertised... everyone loves using it.
