I live in the desert southwest, so any live plant usually burns up out here. I decided to go the faux route and ordered these. I have had silk flowers in my planters before, but they fade and do not look real to begin with. These lavender plants look very believable, they also look like they will hold up. Mine were a bit more green than purple, but that's okay, it just added to the realism. I ordered two which had 4 bunches each, so each pot is holding 4 bunches and I think it looks fine.

My terrace is on the 39th floor of a highrise and receives full sun. Even with sprinklers, it is a tough environment. I grow boxwoods and ferns but blooming things succumb either to the wind, too much rain, hot sun, or freezing temp. I place these around in my planter boxes with the natural evergreens and they look super. Friends recently told me how they cannot get flowers to grow and wonder how I do it. My terrace looks natural, colorful and beautiful.
Looks authentic, but WEAR GLOVES when handling this product, and I DO NOT recommend using it inside.

BUYER BEWARE, WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING THIS PRODUCT! The faux lavender I received looks authentic, unfortunately I ended up with swollen hands and a rash after handling it. It shipped from China, and was covered in a white powdery substance, which, I believe, gave me contact dermatitis (MD diagnosed me with contact dermatitis). I'm not typically sensitive to chemicals, but two hours after handling this product, my hands swelled (mildly) and I developed a painful, red rash on my hands and lower forearms arms. I'm relieved I chose to use the flowers in an outside pot. I wouldn't suggest using these flowers in the house, or around small children/pets. I washed my hands thoroughly after touching this product, and nothing in my diet or environment changed (aside from arranging these flowers). I hope this helps someone else avoid the discomfort I'm experiencing.

These look real and are great for adding color to a space that gets little or no natural light. I put two pieces each into some $2 Ikea dark blue-green vases, which hides the stems, and it gave me four pieces to spread around my space. It works very well. Again, they look real. They are not obviously fake, which is the most case with most artificial plants.

Be prepared to have to clean up a mess. A very fine lavender dust falls from the stems. They are fairly realistic-looking. And the scent that they have comes from a sachet packet.
