This is the same thing Harbor Freight sells only in black. The price was right, just don't expect anything else except poor Chinese engineering.

Probably the best cart for the money. I use it as a detailing cart to roll around my driveway. The wheels lack a lock, which is why i subtracted a star. Without a lock the cart is free to roll down any slight incline and into a newly polished car! So user be warned.
Great sturdy cart... not so great hardware.

This cart is a nice size and very sturdy... but I did have trouble with the hardware that came with it... They seem to be some odd sizes and I couldn't find a wrench to work well. I tried both metric and regular sizes. I ended up using an adjustable crescent wrench for some of it, and then replacing some of the nut and bolts with new ones from the hardware store. But for the price I paid... this is a nice cart.
A++ best buy on the market. way underpriced.

Muscle Rack SC3016 Industrial Black Commercial Service Cart, Steel, 220Lbs Capacity, 33" width x 30.5" Height x 16" Depth, 2 Shelves, 30.5" Height, 33" width, 16" Length It is very well constructed. The wheels are big and roll smoothly. Took me at least two hours to put together. Lots of washers, nuts, and bolts. You need metric socket wrench and large pliers. I used a tote and wood pieces to hold top shelf up while bolting on. Start at the bottom with wheels and support posts. Put top tray and handle on last. It worked smoothly that way.
