Using it on large format (8 x 20) glass tile. Tried several different diamond "glass" blades but tile would still chip or crack randomly. Looked at $200+ breaking pliers but found this and though I would give a try before spending any real money. No need to as they make clean straight cuts in the glass. I'm using a heavy duty glass cutter and find it best to start on one side and just start running the score and then flip to the other side and finish. I can do all from one side but 1 in 10 will crack off the score line while doing it from both sides eliminates that problem. Still takes less than a minute to score and snap a tile.
