Although this set has many parts it is fairly easy to assemble, and can connect (using extra tracks) with other VTech sets in various configurations. Like other VTech products, it's pretty sturdy and well-made, for a plastic product. We have the Space Port set also, and together they give our grandson many options for playing with the various VTech vehicles we've bought; the tracks are easy for him to move and snap-in as well. He had fun adding the stickers when we assembled it, and loves the way the cars 'talk' when they roll down the ramps. Lots of fun!
