this needs a little work due to the nature of this product, but if you know how to use a screwdriver, then this is no problem.

If you want to give life back to your gameboy advance sp, and make it pretty again, get these replacement housings/shells.
I've gotten a few of these and they work perfectly. A little work is needed when replacing, but the overall finish look of your gameboy will say it at.
also, ive read reviews about some parts missing, but my experience is different. I have about 4 of these shells put on my gameboy collection and none came with missing parts, everything was nicely packed and well shipped.
Overall, perfect product for the price, cant get any better. I am a big fan, thanks!

Positives:
- The shell replacement looks great and is virtually indistinguishable from the original
- Everything fits together nicely
- The back panel sticker looks great
- Including some extra buttons and screwdrivers is a nice bonus
Negatives:
-The screws included with the shell are not the correct length. I had to use the original GBA screws in order for the shell to fit together properly.
-The buttons do look and feel a little cheap. This is especially noticeable with the 'A' and 'B' buttons.
-The battery cover does not seem to be a very tight fit. It can easily be removed with little pressure and while it hasn't happened yet, I do have concerns about it falling off by itself.

I was very pleased with this shell. I've bought other less expensive shells in the past, and this one is by far the best. There's no paint overspray/missing, it comes with everything you need to do it yourself (except the hinges) and nothing needs to be modified/massaged to make it fit. It even comes with quality stickers. I used my original screws, buttons, and screen with no problem. It feels cheaper than the original, but it's definitely a high quality replacement. Overall I'd recommend this to anybody who's looking for a replacement shell.
