The appearance of this briefcase is very good, gives the impression of a high quality product. The zipper pulls are solid, shiny polished metal, looks like inox steel. The rest of the metal parts are similar. Lots of zippers, lots of space, very convenient zipped and internal pockets for things like pens, cell phones and other small items. The front part is extremely functional, with three zipped pockets: big, medium and small. The big pocket has one zipper for upper access and two zippers at the sides for lateral access. The smaller pockets are built in a way that your things won't fall when you open them. It has three full size zipped sections, the first with a padded divider for laptop storage, the second with no dividers nor pockets, and the third with two non-zipped pockets (medium for big cell phones and small for small cell phones or other gadgets) and a big zipped pocket. My 14" laptop can literally swim inside this briefcase. At the back you can find a leather strap to attach it to your carry-on suitcase. The leather smell of the briefcase is also really nice. It ain't cheap, but it's very good quality for the price you're paying, I'm very satisfied for now, time will tell about durability.

Nothing like leather! This is a big bag and can haul all my stuff including larger screen laptops. Love the heavy duty hardware (I got this primarily for this reason as my old bag from another company had zipper and rings where the strap attaches come apart). I've used it for a couple months ago and this one isn't going to have those kinds of failures. Love the bag!

I love my new B07F1PK1K8 "Texbo Men's Solid Top Cowhide Leather Large 17.3 Inch Laptop Briefcase Messenger Bag Tote Fit Business Trip". I have a new Dell Precision 17.3" laptop and it holds it with no problem. It has three large internal compartments, each of which could store a similar sized laptop/tablet.

I read some reviews regarding scratches/discolorations of the leather, but to me that is what makes this bag cool and unique. It conforms over time to the contents of the bag, and when the content changes, it will again conform to the new contents. Each bag has its own unique characteristic based on its use/contents. It also has many internal pockets to store various items, which works great for me as a student/instructor.

One word of advice, you need to keep an eye on the two small compartments on the lower front side of the bag (see image). I keep a handful of thumb drives in the small compartment on the lower right corner, so if you don't zip the zipper all the way to the bottom, you can risk losing some contents. It might be an improvement to design the zipper such that the zipper slider is at the top when the compartment is closed.

A little pricey, but I believe it is well worth it, considering I plan to keep it for the next twenty years. Do yourself a favor and splurge on this great bag.
