I am trying to expand my diet. This is new to me, and I like that it did not cost a lot and I could buy one can to try. So I wanted chili and threw in random ingredients including refried beans (yum) Kidney beans a can of diced tomatoes and tasted. It needed more chili flavor so I opened the can of chilies, and it looked like large dried peppers in a sauce. I put about 2 or 3 tablespoons in and mixed it in. Fabulous chili taste, mouth on fire! So I put a glob of sour cream in my chili and could eat it. Then I finally looked at a review/description of these chilis and it sad HOT, use a small quantity. Store in a closed container and it keeps for a long time. I will use it again, the flavor is great, but next time I will start with a teaspoon and taste till i get the right heat profile.
