The skirt has a zipper, but doesn't have a hook on top of the zipper, so the zipper may broke if the waist is too tight.

This is straight out of the package so don't mind the wrinkles. If I hang it after washing, I may be able to get away without ironing it. The fabric is lightweight but not at all see through. The tag matches the "75%Cotton,15%Polyester,8%Viscose,2%Spandex" listed in the description. I haven't noticed any big defects and, in general, it seems well constructed. The zipper in the front even works, although it's probably not necessary. When it comes to fit, it's just a little larger than expected based on the size chart. The chart says the XL should fit a 32"-33" waist. I just measured my waist at 33", but the skirt is actually a tiny bit loose, and it started slipping down a little as I was taking photos. Hoping it shrinks a bit in the wash. If not, it'll work belted. The I'm 5' 4" and the hem hits just below my knees, which is perfect. While I'm quite pleased with the length, mine is about 25.5", vs the size chart's 27", so keep in mind the measurements might vary a bit. The pockets are large and seem strong.
