I thoroughly enjoyed building this model. The quality overall is much better than many of the models I have built. Having said that, there were some pins whose matching holes were not properly sized. Additionally, there were some assembly procedures where the directions were lacking in detail. The accuracy of assemblying the frame correctly is put to the test in the next to last step when the pins that allow the hood to hinge must fit snuggly in holes on the front inside of the frame members. I enjoyed the challenges that this gave me as I built it in tribute to my brother-in-law who drove a Mack for many years.

Wanted to add this Mack to my collection. It may be years before the box is opened.

Great product but I have not put it together yet

Nice model, nice Mack truck. I do recommend this model. The parts fit well and are numbered. The instructions
for the most part are clear. I only had problems with the mirrors and was not able to attach the hood to the cab so it will pivot. I provided a few images.
