the first one that i ordered (it was in green) I ordered small bc i did not know how big my baby was gonna get, the I ordered this one in an xs and it came to me in the small--i sent it back. Cheaply made, wished it had a solid bottom. My Chi doesn't hate it and doesn't love it. Strap is not long at all and will fit the average sized women. My husband had zero chance of using this with our dog.
