im a DD36 and i ordered an XL. it was a little hard to get on because i couldnt do it over my head or through my legs while it was fastened so i had to put it half way on and the fasten it. the sides near my armpit were a bit uncomfortable while i wore it but it wasnt anything too hard to bear. it made me look at least two sizes smaller but when i had on a tshirt or jacket you couldnt even tell that i had breasts. it didn't restrict my breathing too much except for if i were trying to take deep breaths so i wouldn't recommend this if youll be doing anything thatll tire you out but for normal everyday use it was pretty good.

Great quality, I should probably have ordered a size down, but everyone said it ran so small. Maybe I will, but I think I'm giving up on binders for now.

So! This thing works pretty well, but I think most y'all understand it really only makes you flat if you don't have much to flatten to begin with. Like three inch differential at most- but I'm a 30/36, So I've resigned myself to never getting the result I want anyway. Not if I want to breathe. The main trouble with binders is shift, the best flat comes from lift and separate, but as soon as you bend over or twist you lose that, and it's really uncomfortable to leave it and annoying to have to keep adjusting.

TLDR; works! Will work best if you have less than three inches of tissue to flatten.

I like it it binds really well but after 4-5 they get ripped or destroyed so I buy new ones.

So after comparing this product to numerous others, I went with this one mostly because it was the cheapest. I wasn't expecting much since the price was so low but when I received the product it was exactly s described and perfect for me. Let me just start off with the sizing. DO NOT GET A SIZE UP JUST BECAUSE THEY RUN SMALL. I am 17 years old, 5'6, and 110 pounds and my bra size is a 28 DDD. Yeah, I know. I'm a "one of a kind" because no one makes anything that's able to fit my rib cage/waist and still support my boobs. So for me I knew that if I got a medium (which would support my boob size better) it wouldn't bind my chest as well because it would be too big around the rib cage. So I went with the small, and when I got it let me tell you it looked like it could fit a 2 year old and it wouldn't even close shut!!' But was I going to give up??? No!! I knew that it would fit because it just had to so I hooked it up first and than put it over my head as if it were a t shirt. It was a little struggle with getting it over my actual boobs BUT IT DID. and it was perfect. It's not too tight, not too loose, and my chest is perfectly flat! If I had gotten a size up it would've been like a regular T-shirt because it is a thin material but I love this binder so much!!! Definitely worth it!!

It didn't work at first because it sat too low on my chest to act as a binder. But after shortening the straps about an inch it hugs snuggly, and binds moderately well. Little more comfortable and easier to get on than my first binder, so better for frequent wear, but it does not bind quite as well as a more expensive binder.

Also, I know it's sort of obvious, but the model in the seller pic clearly has very small breasts to begin with. Would be nicer to see a more average B-C size in pic.
