I needed the confidence that we aren't going to be stranded somewhere so I got this battery meter for my 2015 Club Car Precedent. It's great to see the status of the battery as you drive.

Install was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you get the +/- correct. The + on mine was labeled below the terminal, but you had to look in good light and at angle.

I wish the bezel was a little wider to allow a little more forgiveness on the hole cut. Used a Dremel and got close but the is a small gap underneath, but a little black silicone can fix that if it bothers you.

Overall, a great addition to the cart!

1. +/- spade/poles are marked but hard to see. check for them in bright light.
2. easy hook-up, 2 two wires 1 red or + and 1 black or -.
3. Run + to first battery + in the series and run - to the last battery in the series (ie. not going to be the same battery).
4. How to read the gauge: left red = empty or very low. Green zone is (E)mpty to (F)ull. White = batteries are charged or charging. Red to far right = batteries are overcharged or in a dangerous state.
5. Gauge will be in White zone until your press on the go pedal. Then it should be in the green zone while operating normally and underway. When you stop or take your foot off the go pedal it will go back into white zone.
6. Think of the green zone E to F like an cars fuel gauge Empty to Full.
7. The gauge is to be used as a guide and not an exact measuring instrument. Use as such.
great product.

The gage is awesome, I can run the cart all day and know right where the voltage is at. I had to add a shut off switch so it has not power when not in operation.
