This item is labeled as a "Beach Volleyball" but it does not meet the requirement and standard size of a true beach volleyball. You have to really pump more air to make it expand, and that makes it hard and too bouncy. This is the reason I took off two stars. However, the quality is really superb and for the price, it is a very good deal. There is a good grip to the material, and the color combination really stands out! I have yet to test the balls on the sand courts and on the indoor/outdoor courts. I feel like this is best for indoor courts!
