These robes and there subjects are as beautiful as paintings and soft as fluffy clouds...the fit is perfect and wonderful and these are just awesome robes to die for...Every woman should own a Shanghai Kimono Robe long which I like or short...Try one ladies!!

was hesitant about ordering even with all the glowing reviews. thought the robe would look / feel 'cheap'. it doesn't. it's very comfy (comfy enough for just lounging around or to spend all day in when i'm working from home), yet elegant. material is lightweight but not flimsy. and the design is lovely. minor drawback is that the pattern is not fully-printed on both sides, but that's not a real issue. i'm 155lbs and 5'9" and large-busted. i bought the tall version and it hits just above the ankle and it covers the 'girls' well. ADORE!

Very beautiful , made well and fits perfectly I'm 5"2 and it's the right length to wear with heels or flats , got so many compliments . I definitely recommend this kimono . ðŸ˜

I'd been looking for a full length lightweight robe and this kimono fits the bill perfectly. Most robes are bulky and thick and too warm for me. I just wanted something light to throw on while I'm getting dressed and I don't know why it didn't occur to me to consider a kimono sooner.

Fit: I'm 5'4 and I feel the length is perfect. With other robes I'm always constantly tripping over the seam, I don't have that problem with this kimono.

Construction: I love that the side pockets are on the seam, not stitched on the front like you would find on regular robes. It also includes additional strings inside to tie together to help keep the kimono shut in case your belt becomes loose. For a kimono, the sleeves are rather narrow, but they are more functional that way.

Style: I chose the charcoal gray color and love it. It's feminine with out being overly girly or masculine. Also, I'm not embarrassed to wear this kimono as I step outside on my porch in the morning to grab the newspaper.

Side note: my kimono arrived later than originally communicated when I ordered. The company did a great job of proactively reaching out to me to let me know there would be a delay and to set expectations as to when my kimono would arrive. I felt the customer service and communication was above average which makes me appreciate this company even more.

So far so good! I have had the robe for a week with no problems. I purchased the peacock color and it is gorgeous. I read a few quality complaints, and I found literally two stray threads, but am not complaining for the price. The material is very lightweight but I was more concerned with legenth. At 6' tall it is about three inches above my ankle, which is great considering this is a one size fits all. Overall, it looks great, and makes me feel a little glamourous when I'm wearing it in the morning.
*** Before wearing, I washed the robe in a lingerie bag on the delicates cycle with cold water and let it air dry on a hanger. If you follow those instructions there will be no need to dry clean it.
