Many had scratches.

1st time ordering. many of the glass bezels had scratches, several were chipped so they were not usable. When putting my product together, I was able to line up the scratches so they were not too noticeable. However, I will not order these again. It might be a good idea to ship the pendants and the bezels in separate packages.

They need better packaging, the fronts are real glass, so when the packaging comes apart and they travel against the metal backs loose, they get broken and scratched.
Last order is not up to par on quality

We ordered these once and they were great. The second order is horrible. The cabochons have scratches and imperfections and some won't even fit in the trays. Very disappointed in the quality of the last order.
