My complaint is not with the product itself but with the packaging.
I went to have a drink. The bottle didn't open. I used material for a better gtasp still without success.
I took my pocket knife and tried breaking the connection between the cap and the base. Still no luck. I went around under the cap with the pocketknife still no go. I next resorted to pliers on the cap and finally, with a great deal of effort the bottle opened.
This wasn't just one bottle, I had the same problem with others.
I also had the same problem with a second flavor I had purchased.
I have no idea why there are more complaints like mine.
