I've never used a ketone fat burner capsule before, but I am loving how this one is working for me. I notice that I have more energy, can work out longer, and it helps me eat less. I love how it has caffeine in it! I've already noticed a few inches coming off of my stomach - yes!!

A little too strong for me with 2 at one time. I take 1 in morning before workout and another around 1pm to last when kids get home and I'm off work. It does suppress appetite Which actually bothers me as i have to remember to eat protein to build muscle..you need to eat! . Not much of a major crash but it's caffeine and well you will crash to some extent. I get a little irritable actually and tired. But no where near pre workout type crash! This is tolerable. Could be kids stressing me too.
I'll finish the product and I'm sure it has to work as the basics are appetite supressent and caffeine energy to work out harder... I'm somewhat lean and muscular for my age (42) and a mom of 3...but struggling with a plateau and summer put fat on around belly and hips..which piles on easily at my age.
