This board is really great at providing solid low frequency square wave signals needed for various projects. Good quality PC board. And they included a couple of headers too! Thanks!

Super Low Frequency Square Wave Oscillator with 22 simultaneous outputs, from 1/(2k) Hz to 2kHz
The circuit I received is a newer version (1.4), having a red LED connected to the 1Hz output, indicating power on.
A quartz crystal clock is divided by CD4060 and CD4040 ICs.
The chips are rated for 3 to 18 volts input. 2.5 volts seems OK. :)
