I love the product that is why I ordered it. I ordered two bottles. They arrived in a Amazon blue and white envelope, both tops were broke and the bottles were empty. There was no tape on the tops one was completely broke off,the other top was cracked and completely loose. It was really shoddy job of packing and shipping. There was also no bubble wrap on either bottle. The five stars are for the product not the shipping.
