Struggled with frequent bloat and trapped gas. Occasionally I had nausea as well. The bloat got worst when I started using my BiPAP machine. I had heard about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, but wasn't crazy about the idea of drinking it. This seemed like a great alternative since it was in the pill form and had ginger and maple. I've been using it for two months and my bloat and nausea have improved so much, sometimes I forget it was an issue for me. My pants even fit better. I definitely recommend this product.
If you are a type 2 diabetic my mom found that her glucose levels have been in the normal range and stabilized more.
